Şah İncek Project

Şahincek Tower Project, which has a total construction area of 38,200 m2, attracts attention especially with its residential part. The residential section has a tower rising up to 125 meters in total, including 3 basement floors and 35 floors. This tower has a unique and special design in the Incek region. Its static project was examined by design supervisors and concrete and iron manufacturing was carried out under the control of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization. Şahincek Project has a total of 105 flats and these flats are designed in the 4+1+1 concept. Although the project does not have a commercial feature, no dues are charged. Design supervision is specific to TGU 1 and 4 projects. Our project stands out with its rich social facilities and aims to offer a modern and comfortable life especially to home buyers.
